clean, bright all women's full service fitness center. We hope

We are conveniently located in Main Street Junction, a charming
red brick plaza on South Main Street.
BodyWorks for Ladies offers Life Fitness
strength-training and cardio equipment. We also offer over 30
group fitness classes a week that are scheduled to fit your
busy lifestyle. Our Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers
are nationally certified. We encourage you to include them in
your workout. They can quickly show you techniques to keep you
safe while advancing your fitness level.

to enjoy our UV tanning rooms, California Sunless Tan, Massage
Studio, and Pilates Studio.
Your children are welcome as well,
in BodyWorks for Ladies childcare room. Our friendly qualified
childcare attendants can care for your child in a clean and
safe environment while you enjoy your workout.
